I met Trish in January through one of my clients. I strongly believe in referrals and I was in the process of opening a new Pilates studio. I was in need of a professional painter to paint my new space and have used other painters in the past but with the tall 15’ ceilings, I needed someone with commercial/industrial experience. Upon meeting Trish, I knew she would be able to fulfill my needs. Her suggestions on how to create the feel (as well as the look!) I was looking for were very helpful and reassuring. With the height and vastness of the 2,100 square feet (that used to be a garage with four large commercial doors) I was concerned that the space not be cold or hollow. It was important to me to have a warm and welcoming place for people to feel comfortable moving their bodies as they improve their health and well being. The ceilings had rows and rows of joists and wiring, along with a new HVAC system. Trish had lots of experience with these types of jobs and had no problem spraying and making sure the areas had total coverage. Since we are often laying on our backs as we execute the exercises, it was imperative that there be no ‘white spots’ showing through from the white ceilings. Trish was totally co-operative with my contractor to cover areas that needed more coverage. Upon Trish’s recommendation, we dropped the ceiling line to bring down the ceiling. I was nervous as I wasn’t sure how that would turn out. If the lines weren’t level and straight, on a building that wasn’t level with walls different lengths, it would look terrible, especially with the dark “Majestic” blue ceiling colour with the contrasting lighter natural, calming colour on the walls. Choosing colours is not my forte and envisioning the end product, I have never been able to do. Trish continually reassured me that we could keep trying new colours on the walls until I was confident with the right one. The end result was amazing and I couldn’t be more pleased! Trish did an awesome job – she delivered what she promised and was great to work with. The studio looks fantastic and clients frequently comment on professional paint job. I was referred to Trish by a colleague. I needed some work done on a condominium but I needed everything completed in a short time. Patricia returned my call immediately. We met at the condo and as we were discussing the work that needed to be done, Trish was making recommendations that were both cost effective and decorative. Trish’s quote was extremely detailed. Upon acceptance, Trish started the work immediately. She took care of everything. Since I lived quite a distance away, Patricia handled all aspects of the work, including finding homes for my used appliances and other unwanted items. I was so impressed by Tricia’s generosity. The time from the day Trish commenced the renovation of the condo (well under budget for me) to the day the condo sold was only 18 days.
